We bought this microwave to replace a larger one that was taking up too much counter space. This has saved us a good bit of counter without sacraficing too much in the way of capacity or power.

The Panasonic NN-SD372S controls are solid and real. The buttons and time/weight knob give good feedback and quickly become intuitive. I've lost two microwaves to the touch-surface buttons failing, and in any case I never liked the press-and-guess feel of them.

It fits well into my limited counter space and is good looking. I have been using it more and more, and it heats food quickly and evenly. I have had to adjust my microwave intuition (setting it for how much your food really needs) because it gets hot pretty quickly.
