The Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven is a must-have kitchen appliance. In many/most cases it can serve as a replacement for it larger cousin the conventional oven/range. However, the Smart Oven is much more energy efficient (using roughly 50% less electricity) and can fit into the smallest of kitchens.

"This Breville BOV800XL Smart Toaster Oven works great! Calling it a "Toaster Oven" really is an understatement it works as well as a full sized oven at a fraction of the size and cost.The size of the Breville is perfect. I have had the oven for 3 years and never had a problem with it. I now live in an apartment with a full size oven and I still often use the Breville rather than wait for the full size oven to heat up. "

"I wanted this Breville BOV800XL Smart Toaster Oven for a long time, but couldn't justify the investment for a "toaster oven." I finally took the plunge about a month ago and I'm so glad I did. The convection function is great. This bakes, roasts and broils every bit as well as my big, expensive oven.

It's surprisingly roomy too, and can roast a good sized chicken without issue. I use this a great deal and it's become a favorite appliance. I highly recommend it! The only downsides I can think of are the exterior gets very hot when in use, so be careful. "
