The Panasonic NN-SD797S Genius Prestige interior volume is large and there's plenty of lighting when the door is open. The front surface is easy to clean. The product has a quality feel to it; I don't feel short changed or cheated, my heart didn't sink when I opened the package.

Thawing is more even, and without any cooking of the outer layers of the food. We have been pleasantly surprised and increasingly satisfied with this wonderful Panasonic NN-SD797S Genius Prestige microwave. It has only 9 buttons, plus a stop button and a start button. The dial sets the time, or makes other choices in conjunction with the buttons, like whether you are cooking a vegetable or meat or something else.

The control panel is simple and intuitive. What we love the most are the two "Sensor" buttons. One is "Sensor Reheat", which you select and then push Start, to heat anything already cooked, and no hassle deciding how much time to give it.
